Warehouse / Customer Service Associate (Full-Time)
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse / Customer Service Associate to join our team. This hybrid role involves both physical warehouse duties and front-line customer interaction, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Duties:

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts

Keep warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Assist with shipping and logistics coordination
Customer Service Duties:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person

Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner

Handle complaints or issues with professionalism and care

Support internal departments with order fulfillment or customer requests

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service role (1+ years preferred)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
