Warehouse / Customer Service Associate (Full-Time)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse / Customer Service Associate to join our team. This hybrid role involves both physical warehouse duties and front-line customer interaction, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Duties:

  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts

  • Keep warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

  • Assist with shipping and logistics coordination

Customer Service Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner

  • Handle complaints or issues with professionalism and care

  • Support internal departments with order fulfillment or customer requests

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service role (1+ years preferred)

  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, order processing systems)

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
