Virtual Call Center Agent

Responsibilities:

– Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a friendly and professional manner

– Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner

– Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records with relevant information

– Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and reliable information to customers

– Identify opportunities to upsell and provide additional products and services to customers

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

– Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual environment

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

– Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

– Ability to work independently and in a team environment

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Compensation Range: $70K – $75K
