About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee the development and delivery of high-impact projects. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and executive leadership—particularly the CTO—to ensure successful outcomes. You’ll be hands-on when necessary and provide leadership that drives innovation and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day development activities across multiple teams.
Coordinate closely with developers, product managers, and leadership to align priorities and ensure smooth project execution.
Guide projects through the full software development lifecycle—from planning and design to deployment.
Resolve technical challenges and provide support to engineering teams when needed.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain accountability across teams.
Identify and implement improvements in development processes and workflows.
Communicate progress, risks, and technical solutions to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a project leadership or management role, overseeing technical teams and multiple projects.
2+ years of hands-on software development experience, particularly with Node.js.
Basic understanding of peer-to-peer systems is essential.
Familiarity with Python, C++, or Rust is a plus.
Proven track record of launching successful software products.
Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and modern development best practices.
Experience working with developers of varying experience levels.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams.
Familiarity with modern dev practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
