What You’ll Be Doing
As the Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will lead the Product Registration Team, ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations across categories such as Beauty, Fashion, Gifts, and Food. Your focus will be on securing market authorizations, supporting business objectives, and enabling customer value through regulatory expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely completion of product registrations to obtain necessary market authorizations.

Monitor compliance with government, customs, and local regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and internal business units.

Guarantee that all services meet the required terms, timelines, and standards.

Manage and distribute technical and regulatory documentation.
-
Act as a subject matter expert in applicable product regulations.

Track and report departmental performance through KPIs.

Ensure accurate billing to business units for provided services.

Maintain and manage regulatory databases and reporting.
Team Leadership & Resource Management:

Guide, train, and support team members to meet goals efficiently.

Ensure appropriate team strength during peak seasons and holidays.

Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.

Promptly report and resolve breaches of QHSE and company protocols (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001).
What You’ll Need to Succeed
