We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive with a proven track record selling to C-level executives and large enterprise organisations within the European financial services industry. You’ll be directly responsible for owning and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing enterprise-level deals. The ideal candidate will be experienced in complex enterprise sales. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities and build the foundation for long-term profitable client relationships.Job RequirementsExperience
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and closing enterprise deals
- Experience of working within the European Banking & Financial Services industry
- Existing relationships or network within this target market
- Deep understanding of SaaS pricing models, contract negotiations and enterprise purchasing processes
- Good understanding of enterprise SaaS / technology
Skills
- Strong networking, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM software (ideally HubSpot) and other sales tools
- Organisational and time management skills
- Business acumen
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Fluency in English. German is considered a strong advantage

Job Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution
- Owning and managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing enterprise-level deals.
- Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term relationships.
- Engaging and developing relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders at large enterprises
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales quotas
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s needs and organisation through extensive research and discovery.
- Present value-driven solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating technical expertise.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale to drive long term relationships
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Accurately forecast sales and deliver on revenue targets
- Maintain CRM (HubSpot) with up-to-date opportunity and account information
Collaboration
- Work closely with stakeholders across the company to ensure excellence in onboarding and solution delivery.
Market & Industry Expertise
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry specific challenges
- Provide regular market feedback to the product organisation.
- Support marketing activities for demand and lead generation, including events.
