Job Description:

As a Remote Travel Consultant, you will assist clients in planning, booking, and managing their travel arrangements. You’ll provide expert advice, craft custom itineraries, and handle all travel-related logistics from start to finish—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
Research and recommend travel options, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation.
Create and present custom travel itineraries.
Make bookings using industry systems (GDS preferred).
Provide post-booking support, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
Stay up to date on travel advisories, visa requirements, and COVID-19 guidelines.
Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a travel agent, consultant, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in using booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
