Remote Entry-Level Insurance Representative (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Insurance Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll assist clients with insurance inquiries, policy options, and claims support. No prior insurance experience is required — we offer full training and licensing support for the right candidate.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance products and coverage

  • Educate customers on policy details and assist in selecting appropriate plans

  • Guide clients through application and claims processes

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software

  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service

  • Meet individual and team performance goals

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable using email, phone, and virtual meeting tools

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

  • Willingness to complete licensing and product training (paid by employer)

  • Previous customer service or sales experience
