Remote Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

We’re seeking a friendly, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance via email, chat, or phone and ensuring their satisfaction with fast and professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly through email, chat, and phone

  • Assist customers with orders, returns, billing, and product questions

  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary

  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM system

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues

  • Follow up with customers to ensure problems are resolved

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (1+ years preferred)

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with support tools (CRM, live chat, etc.)

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
