We are looking for a Project Analyst I for one of our clients with the following details:

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a focus on project analysis or related roles.

Advanced proficiency in SAP MM and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI expertise is highly desirable.

Proven ability to work independently with a proactive, results-driven approach.

Capable of handling additional responsibilities and performing under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Portfolio Performance:
-
Develop and implement reporting solutions tailored to support divisional business objectives.
-
Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate efforts, and deliver solutions related to data analytics, reporting, and portfolio integration.

Collect, analyze, and present timely financial and non-financial (technical) data to support decision-making at the E&C management level.

Design and maintain performance reporting tools, formats, and processes for internal stakeholders and shareholders.

Create tools and systems for compiling and analyzing data across HSEQ, engineering, budgeting, cost control, planning, QA/QC, risk management, change management, contracts & procurement, and governance functions.
Workforce Planning & Recruitment Support:

Consolidate staffing requirements across E&C departments and coordinate with HR for timely communication during CF and IB cycles.

Track recruitment timelines and processes to ensure alignment with staffing plans.

Act as a liaison between HR, Contracts & Procurement, and E&C teams for all recruitment-related matters.

Oversee onboarding, mobilization, demobilization, and offboarding activities for E&C staff.

Serve as the primary contact for HR systems (SAP Success Factors), ensuring data accuracy and user support.

Assist in preparing monthly HR reports and analyze workforce data (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics) for leadership insights.
Support to Contracts Team:

Create and manage Purchase Requisitions in SAP in line with procurement guidelines.

Coordinate with relevant departments and approvers to ensure timely processing of requisitions.

Provide administrative and operational support to the post-award contracts team.
-
Track contract documentation and assist with ongoing contract management tasks.

Analyze project performance data to identify patterns, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Collaboration with General Services:
-
Coordinate closely with the General Services department to address E&C-related logistics and facility needs.
-
Support execution of general services tasks to meet project requirements effectively.
