Plan, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively to provide exceptional client service.
Senior Resolution Manager

Experience Required: 5+ years

Manage more complex claims with a focus on timely and appropriate resolutions.

Apply advanced decision-making and exposure analysis to drive efficient claim outcomes.

Collaborate closely with all parties involved, providing excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
Claims Supervisor
-
Supervisory Experience Preferred

Lead: Supervise and inspire a team of workers compensation adjusters managing diverse caseloads.

Promote Best Practices: Guide team members in alignment with Gallagher Bassett’s proven methodologies.

Drive Talent: Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.

Manage Workloads: Set goals, track performance, and ensure efficient work distribution.

Leverage Technology: Utilize Gallagher’s industry-leading claims systems to streamline operations.

Client Communication: Maintain professional, proactive communication with clients, carriers, and brokers.

Claims Background: Workers Compensation (including Lost-Time claims)

Jurisdictional Experience: New York claims handling required

Licensure: Active New York Adjuster’s License required
