Luxury Real Estate Head of Projects Commercial and Procurement

AHS, a distinguished leader in luxury real estate development, is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Projects Commercial and Procurement to lead our project management and procurement functions. In this influential role, you will oversee all commercial aspects of our luxury development projects while ensuring effective procurement strategies are in place. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership and negotiation skills, with deep expertise in project management within the luxury real estate sector.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage all commercial activities for luxury real estate projects, ensuring project objectives are met within budget and timeline
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and efficiency
  • Lead negotiation processes with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure favorable contracts and agreements
  • Oversee project budgeting and forecasting, including tracking costs and reporting variances
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in both project management and procurement practices
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to establish clear project goals and expectations
  • Monitor project performance, conducting reviews and implementing corrective actions as necessary
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with essential stakeholders, vendors, and industry partners
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project management and procurement teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in procurement and project management methodologies
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on project status, risks, and procurement activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
  • Extensive experience (15+ years) in project management and procurement in the luxury real estate sector
  • Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, budget management, and risk assessment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient in project management software and procurement tools
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
