Lead Account Manager (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Account Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, leading account growth initiatives, and mentoring junior account managers. You will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success through proactive support and cross-functional collaboration.


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value client accounts

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Understand client goals and align them with service delivery and product offerings

  • Lead onboarding, strategic planning, and performance reviews with clients

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support revenue growth

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve client experience

  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements

  • Mentor and support junior account managers with training and guidance

  • Resolve client issues with speed, professionalism, and empathy


🧩 Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales

  • Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise-level client relationships

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable working in a remote and fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Leadership experience is a plus
