Full job description:

The Investment Banking Associate role offers you the opportunity to be an integral part of high-profile financial transactions. You will assist in executing mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and advisory services. In this fast-paced environment, you will work alongside senior bankers to conduct financial analysis, prepare transaction documents, and provide strategic financial advice to clients.

What You Will Do:

Work closely with senior bankers to structure and execute investment banking transactions.
Conduct financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising deals.
Prepare presentations, pitch decks, and client proposals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and financial reports to support decision-making.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.

Skills You Will Need:

Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.
Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.

Who You Are:

Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
Proven ability to analyze financial data and market trends.
Ability to work under pressure and handle complex projects simultaneously.
