Field Service Engineer / Technician (Full-Time)
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Field Service Engineer / Technician to join our growing technical service team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment

Diagnose technical issues and provide efficient solutions

Conduct routine preventive maintenance services

Train end-users on basic operation and care of equipment

Accurately document service reports, repairs, and parts used

Liaise with technical support and engineering teams for advanced issues

Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

Travel to customer sites regularly (local or regional)
Required Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering/Technology

Proven experience in field service or technical support roles

Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electronic systems

Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
