Job Description Summary
The Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing and maintaining the organization’s overall IT architecture, utilizing their working knowledge in several of the relevant technologies and frameworks to ensure alignment of the overall IT infrastructure with JHAH’s business needs and future strategic directions.

- Design document and maintain the organizations enterprise architecture framework standards and roadmap to ensure continued alignment with the organizations evolving strategy and goals
- Manage organizational adherence to the enterprise architecture framework standards designs and roadmap
- Ensure that IT enterprise architecture complies with relevant best practices standards regulatory requirements governance programs and cybersecurity policies
- Manage engagements with contracted vendors for enterprise architecture support managed services or professional services to ensure that service delivery meets the targeted scope time cost and quality constraints
- Investigate and resolve enterprise architecture related incidents in compliance with the organizations relevant policies and procedures
- Fulfill enterprise architecture related service requests in compliance with the organizations relevant policies and procedures
- Evaluate and process IT demand requests and support fulfillment of those that are approved in compliance with relevant policies and procedures and by following the organizations IT project management framework
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across IT systems, networks, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Assist in design and development of IT architecture solutions, including documentation and technical models.
- Support requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for IT projects and enterprise architecture initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior architects to refine design drafts and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Assist in designing and supporting networking, system management, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure solutions.
- Conduct research on emerging IT trends, technologies, and best practices for infrastructure and architecture.
- Evaluate technical requirements, feasibility, and risks for IT projects and enterprise solutions.
- Participate in technical reviews, system integration analysis, and architecture improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of IT and architecture projects.
- Maintain and develop technical documentation, design guidelines, and infrastructure standards.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and industry regulations.
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Information Technology or in a relevant field.
Professional Certifications Required
Sample of preferred certifications:.
- The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional.
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Cisco certified network Associate (CCNA).
- Cisco certified network professional (CCNP).
Years of Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field.
