DevOps Engineer
Job Title: DevOps Engineer Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
- Automate system configuration, deployment, and maintenance using configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK stack
- Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and IT staff to manage code releases and deployments
- Manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Implement and maintain security best practices for DevOps processes, including role-based access and secrets management
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability through automation and proactive monitoring
- Maintain documentation related to infrastructure, processes, and policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or System Administration
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, Linux system administration, and cloud security practices
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or CKA
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch)
- Knowledge of service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd) and API gateways
- Familiarity with database management and performance tuning
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
