Job Description:
Khalid Scientific Co. W.L.L is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist – Laboratory to provide expert training, technical support, and product validation for our laboratory equipment and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive laboratory experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver effective customer training across Qatar.
Responsibilities:
Training and Education:

Develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers on the proper use, maintenance, and application of the company’s laboratory products.

Create and maintain training materials, manuals, presentations, and online resources.

Provide continuous support and education to customers on product features, best practices, and updates.

Collaborate with the Sales team to support marketing and promotional activities with technical expertise and product presentations.
Troubleshooting and Instrument Validation:

Serve as the primary contact for all technical and application-related inquiries regarding laboratory instruments, software, and reagents.

Lead the validation process for laboratory instruments, ensuring compliance with local and international standards and regulations.

Oversee successful installation and commissioning of laboratory instruments with thorough validation procedures.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s laboratory product portfolio, including instrumentation, software solutions, and reagents.

Stay up to date with clinical practices, emerging industry trends, and competitor products.

Provide valuable feedback to product development teams on customer requirements and potential product improvements.

Actively participate in product launches and provide technical support for marketing activities.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Medical Microbiology, or a closely related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Qatar.

Strong working knowledge across multiple laboratory disciplines, including Hematology, Chemistry, Immunology, Microbiology, and Molecular Diagnostics.

Proven technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve challenges in a local context.

Experience in laboratory equipment and software validation.

Excellent training and presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating with diverse customer groups.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Valid Qatar Driving License.

High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
