Job Overview

Deloitte is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join its Strategy & Transactions team in Doha, Qatar. This full-time role is ideal for early-career professionals or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in valuation, financial modeling, and strategic advisory services with one of the world’s leading professional services firms.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct financial research and analysis to support valuation and modeling projects
Develop financial models and presentation materials for client engagements
Assist with data collection, market benchmarking, and business diagnostics
Participate in internal and external stakeholder meetings
Support preparation of client-ready deliverables and reporting materials
Contribute to business development activities, including proposals and client pitches
Help maintain internal databases, templates, and documentation for valuation work

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
MBA or Master’s degree is a plus (not mandatory)

Experience:

Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience in financial, investment, or advisory roles

Skills:

Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
High level of motivation and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
