Finance and Operations Analyst – Private Family Office

A founder-led private office based in DIFC, Dubai is hiring a detail-oriented Finance & Operations Analyst to help manage external vendor coordination, small finance projects, and strategic operational support. This is a hands-on role for a sharp generalist with a background in finance or business, looking to learn directly from an experienced capital allocator and founder.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with external accountants, law firms, and service providers

• Track deliverables, manage follow-ups, and ensure execution

• Support internal financial research, light due diligence, and ad-hoc reports

• Monitor compliance timelines and maintain high-quality communication

• Conduct small project management tasks in parallel with operations

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business

• 1–5 years’ experience in a bank, PE firm, consulting firm, or similar

• Strong written communication and project tracking skills

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Based in Dubai or open to relocate
