Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Leasing Analyst to manage all aspects of property leasing and tenancy operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tenancy administration, lease negotiations, property handovers, complaint resolution, and compliance with property safety standards. This role plays a vital part in ensuring tenant satisfaction, protecting asset value, and optimizing lease performance across our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Lease Administration & Negotiation
Manage lease agreements, renewals, terminations, and negotiations to ensure favorable terms and compliance with organizational objectives. -
Tenant Relations & Move-Out Process
Handle tenant onboarding, screening, complaints, emergencies, and move-out procedures in a professional and timely manner. -
Property Handover & Takeover
Ensure smooth handovers and takeovers of premises, aligned with safety standards and operational protocols. -
Budgeting & Financial Oversight
Support leasing budgets, monitor financial performance, and assist in evaluating return on investment. -
Planning & Evaluation
Participate in property planning activities and contribute to market analysis, feasibility studies, and portfolio evaluation. -
Stakeholder & Third-Party Management
Liaise with property managers, legal teams, vendors, and external service providers to ensure seamless operations. -
Policy & Process Compliance
Follow company policies, leasing procedures, and applicable legal regulations while maintaining high standards of quality and service. -
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare leasing reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to support business decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Sales & Marketing, Property Management, or a related field. -
Experience:
4–6 years of experience in a property leasing or real estate role, preferably within major retail or commercial organizations.
