About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Solutions Manager based in Doha to join a fast-growing international team. This role focuses on video marketing execution and client satisfaction within the Qatar market.
You will support and manage video advertising campaigns—primarily on YouTube and related platforms—while delivering insightful performance reporting, strategic support, and a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities

Launch, manage, and report on video marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the Client Solutions Management team to grow and retain client accounts.

Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and proactive service.

Respond to client requests efficiently, using internal tools and systems effectively.

Analyze campaign performance, produce reports, and share key metrics and insights.

Monitor KPIs and pacing, resolving issues in coordination with internal teams and clients.

Support senior team members with day-to-day campaign and account management tasks.

Stay updated on industry trends and video marketing best practices.

Report directly to the CSM Lead.
Qualifications & Experience

3+ years of experience at a tech publisher, digital media agency, or similar.

Strong background in video marketing and familiarity with YouTube campaigns.

Proficiency in Excel (calculations, pivot tables, charts).

Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms (e.g., DBM, DSP, PMD) is highly desirable.

Solid understanding of campaign bidding models and digital dashboards.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment.

Experience with Salesforce CRM.

Google Ads or YouTube certification is a plus.
