A prominent family-owned real estate firm based in Qatar—with a growing footprint across the GCC, including Dubai—is seeking an exceptional leader to launch and lead its new Property Development Division. Key Responsibilities

Division Leadership: Spearhead the creation and long-term development of the Property Development Division.
Business Expansion: Identify and evaluate growth opportunities in Qatar and other key GCC markets.
Property Development Oversight: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of development projects—from concept through delivery.
Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, analyze ROI, and implement effective pricing models.
Sales & Marketing Innovation: Design market-appropriate pricing strategies, sales plans, and creative marketing campaigns.
Strategic Vision: Develop and execute business strategies that optimize leasing, sales, and overall project performance.

Requirements

A proven leadership track record in real estate, particularly in property development and regional market expansion.
Deep understanding of Qatar’s and the GCC’s real estate landscape, regulations, and dynamics.
Strong financial acumen, including budget management and ROI analysis.
Exceptional leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills.
An entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with strategic foresight and adaptability.
