A prominent family-owned real estate firm based in Qatar—with a growing footprint across the GCC, including Dubai—is seeking an exceptional leader to launch and lead its new Property Development Division. Key Responsibilities

  • Division Leadership: Spearhead the creation and long-term development of the Property Development Division.

  • Business Expansion: Identify and evaluate growth opportunities in Qatar and other key GCC markets.

  • Property Development Oversight: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of development projects—from concept through delivery.

  • Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, analyze ROI, and implement effective pricing models.

  • Sales & Marketing Innovation: Design market-appropriate pricing strategies, sales plans, and creative marketing campaigns.

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute business strategies that optimize leasing, sales, and overall project performance.


Requirements

  • A proven leadership track record in real estate, particularly in property development and regional market expansion.

  • Deep understanding of Qatar’s and the GCC’s real estate landscape, regulations, and dynamics.

  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and ROI analysis.

  • Exceptional leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills.

  • An entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with strategic foresight and adaptability.
