Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and onboard restaurant partners through scheduled appointments and direct field visits. Secure cooperation agreements with potential merchants.

  2. Assist partner restaurants in setting up and launching their online stores on the Keeta platform, and provide training on managing online delivery operations.

  3. Collaborate with merchants to plan and execute online marketing campaigns. Offer professional solutions to optimize their delivery operations and boost performance.

  4. Conduct routine visits to partner restaurants to maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate with internal departments to promptly address and resolve operational concerns or inquiries.


Requirements

  1. Proficiency in both English and Arabic for daily business communication. Basic English reading and writing skills are required. Must be comfortable using standard workplace software.

  2. Strong business negotiation and market development skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and drive successful partnerships.

  3. High level of integrity and honesty, along with excellent communication, execution, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

  4. Entrepreneurial mindset with the resilience to face challenges, adapt to change, and prioritize mutual success.

  5. This is a field-based role requiring frequent in-person visits and on-site engagement with partner merchants.
