About the Nutrition Division

Our Nutrition division delivers science-based nutritional products for all life stages—from infant formulas to adult health supplements. Our leading brands include Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, Glucerna®, and ZonePerfect®.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and commercial analytics functions. This role is key to ensuring data-driven decision-making, efficient use of digital tools, and impactful reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as system administrator for Salesforce and Learning Management Systems.
Automate data mining processes and develop MIS reports, incentive computations, and customer classifications.
Collaborate with the sales team to define territory mapping and segmentation strategies.
Monitor key field KPIs, sales performance, and lead generation.
Promote proper and effective use of Salesforce and remote platforms via ongoing training and education.
Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and cleaning activities.
Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests.
Uphold compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable organization.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management tools.
Strategic thinker with an understanding of sales operations and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and training capabilities.
Ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Background in computer science or statistics is a plus.
Project management experience is preferred.
