What You’ll Be Doing
As a Store Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence in alignment with Chalhoub Group’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Support

Lead by example and communicate brand values in all customer and team interactions.

Support the Store Manager in assigning responsibilities and managing staff schedules.

Foster a respectful, supportive, and inclusive environment for all team members.

Act as a liaison between employees, management, and HR by communicating feedback and concerns.

Stay updated on market trends and share insights with the Store Manager and back-office teams.
Customer Experience

Promote and uphold customer service excellence to build trust and loyalty.

Handle VIP client relationships and ensure effective resolution of customer complaints.

Engage in community events, store promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
Sales & Merchandising

Assist in achieving sales targets through team motivation and high-selling techniques.

Maintain brand merchandising and in-store visual standards according to guidelines.

Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as required.
Operational Excellence

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and HR policies.

Support audit preparation and inventory management using internal systems (e.g., BAAN).

Leverage digital tools (Clienteling apps, WhatsApp for Business, OMS) to enhance the in-store and remote customer journey.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Proven leadership experience in retail or beauty sectors.

Excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills.

Ability to lead and motivate large teams.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
