Sr. Analyst, Business Insights and Technology

Description

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sr. Analyst, Business Insights and Technology to join our team. In this role, you will leverage data analytics and business intelligence to drive insights that influence key decisions within our technology and business operations. Your expertise will help shape our business strategy, optimize processes, and support the successful implementation of technology initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets from various business and technology functions to generate actionable insights that drive business growth and operational improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and product, to develop business strategies based on data analysis and insights.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key business performance metrics and trends to stakeholders.
• Provide strategic recommendations to leadership by identifying opportunities for process optimization, technology enhancements, and cost efficiencies.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives, including product launches, system upgrades, and market trend evaluations.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to support data-driven decision-making and uncover business opportunities.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies and initiatives, adjusting as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Partner with business and technology teams to ensure data integrity and optimize data collection, processing, and analysis procedures.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices, identifying ways to apply them to improve business processes and technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting large datasets to generate business insights.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms, data warehouses, and data governance practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
