Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop the global market

– Accurately reach the global head procurement decision-making level, through TBF/Netcomponents/ICsource and other professional platforms + business networking + precision email marketing, establish 30+ effective customer database within 3 months – lead the whole process negotiation of million-dollar orders, Achieve an average annual performance target of 800,000 US dollars (3 million US dollars per year in the historical TOP Sales)

2.Build a super customer relationship – Design a “one-stop” solution to meet the needs of customers to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and achieve a customer repurchase rate of ≥60% & annual order growth of ≥30% – Build a bridge of technical exchanges between China and Japan/China and Europe, and interact deeply with customers

3. Digital marketing innovation – Use Google Ads/LinkedIn InMail and other tools to achieve accurate customer acquisition, optimize SOP, and increase conversion rate to the top 10% of the industry – Build a customer portrait system and dynamically analyze the procurement behavior patterns of 200+ international manufacturers

Job Requirements

– College degree or above (business English/international trade major is preferred) – Fluent in business English or Russian/Japanese/Korean (can work) – More than 3 years of work experience, more than 2 years of practical experience in foreign trade of electronic components; There are cases of successful development of tens of millions of orders in target market – Familiar with the trend of electronic components industry (IC/SSD/HDD/CPU and other fields)
