We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing sales data, creating reports, and streamlining processes to improve sales efficiency and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems.
- Coordinate sales process improvements and best practices.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve strategies.
- Assist with sales training, onboarding, and resource management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, administration, or a related role.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
