Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Assist in preparing project documentation, schedules, and reports.
Organize and facilitate meetings, including capturing and distributing meeting notes.
Track deliverables and ensure all team members meet deadlines.
Identify and address potential risks or issues affecting project timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
