A highly respected and well established LA based plaintiff firm is presenting a unique opportunity to a dynamic, highly motivated, results oriented Junior Litigation/Trial Attorney.This position is ideal for a Litigation Attorney with 2-4 years of personal injury experience.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Drafting pleadings and correspondence
• Taking and defending depositions
• Working with clients on day-to-day advice and opposing counsel inquiries
• Law and Motion practice on cases
• Drafting discovery (mostly meet and confer/motions side)
• Document review
• Attending court hearings as 2 nd chair

• Negotiate settlements for Legal Disputes

• Comply with all legal standards and regulations

• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Qualifications:

• 2+ years Personal Injury Experience

• Knowledgeable in Trial & Litigation Procedurals
• Applicants must be licensed by the California State Bar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail Orientated

• Excellent organizational skills and a desire to learn

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well with others on a team of attorneys, paralegals, and case file managers.
