About the Role
Fundamental Hospitality is seeking a Japanese-speaking Pastry Chef to join the opening team of KIGO, our new Japanese Omakase restaurant located at Four Seasons Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exclusive fine-dining concept that brings authentic Japanese artistry and flavors to life.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced pastry professional with a deep understanding of Japanese techniques and ingredients, ready to relocate to Dubai and contribute to an exceptional culinary journey.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment

  • Expertise in Japanese pastry preparation, presentation, and technique

  • Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) is essential

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary precision

  • Open to relocation and able to adapt to life in Dubai

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
