Insurance Sales Advisor (Telesales)

We’re looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our dynamic telesales team as an Insurance Sales Advisor. In this role, you’ll speak to warm leads, understand customer needs, and offer tailored insurance solutions – all over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.

Clearly explain insurance products and recommend the right policies to meet customer needs.

Overcome objections, build rapport, and close sales effectively.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For:

A persuasive and confident telephone manner.

Previous sales or telesales experience is a plus – but not essential.
