Job Overview

We are looking for a Guest Relations Agent who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. You will be the face of Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk, ensuring every guest is personally welcomed, recognized, and treated with exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome VIP guests and regular visitors with warmth and professionalism.

  • Ensure all loyalty program members and repeat guests receive their full benefits and personalized service.

  • Coordinate closely with the Concierge, Butler team, and Sofitel Club for guest events, transportation, and special arrangements.

  • Prepare welcome amenities and personalized notes prior to guest arrivals.

  • Monitor and update guest profiles and repeat guest history.

  • Handle and follow up on guest complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

  • Review arrival lists to ensure proper room allocation and special request fulfillment.

  • Maintain communication with the Airport Concierge to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

  • Promote hotel facilities, dining options, and inter-hotel services to enhance the guest experience.

  • Attend and contribute to regular team meetings for alignment and seamless guest service.

  • Follow all health, safety, and security protocols.

  • Support with special projects or related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Tourism or Hotel Management

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star luxury hotel

  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems and guest profile tracking tools is an advantage
