🔧 Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential employer partners through outreach and networking
  • Communicate the value and benefits of our platform in a compelling way
  • Facilitate initial partnerships and support the early onboarding process
  • Provide weekly reporting and insights on progress and feedback
  • Collaborate with our internal team on refining acquisition strategies

  • Background in B2B sales, HR partnerships, or related business development roles
  • Familiarity with the HR tech ecosystem, job boards, or staffing services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-starter mindset with a results-oriented approach
  • An existing network of HR professionals or business clients is a strong asset
