Qualifications (Including, but not limited to):

• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years as a Construction Superintendent.
• Trade Knowledge: Thorough understanding of all trades, building codes, and trade sequencing.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret plans, contracts, and specifications (digital plan-reading included).
• Field Layout: Skilled at laying out trades on-site.
• Project Management: Proven track record of maintaining and driving project schedules.
• Hands-On Approach: Willingness to assist with construction tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Project Oversight: Provide regular project updates (including photos and videos) and assist in managing job sites and subcontractors.
• Review & Compliance: Examine plans and blueprints to maintain quality control, and ensure adherence to OSHA and safety protocols.
• Communication: Keep stakeholders informed of project status, changes, issues, and solutions in a timely manner.
