Business Development Manager

About the job

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Manager who will play a key role in expanding market reach and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strategic partnerships, and converting business opportunities into long-term commercial relationships.

The role involves developing and executing business growth strategies, researching market trends, generating and qualifying leads, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure. You will maintain strong client relationships, conduct professional presentations, and negotiate agreements that align with company objectives.

You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to improving platform services and business offerings.


Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

  • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends

  • Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and business proposals

  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements

  • Work closely with internal teams to support customer success and retention

  • Track sales performance and contribute to revenue targets

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality


Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or revenue generation

  • Strong client relationship management and strategic planning skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting targets

  • Good market research and analytical skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Experience in technology, recruitment, or SaaS industries is a plus
