Job Summary
Power International Holding is seeking an experienced Administration Supervisor to manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising administrative support functions and staff to ensure smooth workflow, effective communication, and timely task execution across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management & Administration

Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all administrative functions within the office.

Supervise and assign work to administrative staff, providing direction and ensuring timely task completion.

Draft, prepare, and manage professional reports, memos, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and within deadlines.

Compile and analyze data to support decision-making or reporting needs of supervisors.
Communication & Coordination

Receive and screen phone calls and visitors, handling issues with professionalism and discretion.

Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.

Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when necessary.
Records & Documentation

Maintain and organize an efficient filing system to ensure effective business continuity and easy access to records.

Produce ad hoc reports by gathering, organizing, and analyzing required data from relevant databases or systems.
Administrative Efficiency

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery and office procedures; recommend improvements in line with organizational policy.

Ensure the optimal use of office supplies and equipment.

Maintain a clean and presentable work area while supporting business productivity and continuity.

Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP).

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of overall work experience.

At least 3 years in a relevant administrative role.

2 years of GCC experience is a plus.
