Job Description
We are currently hiring a Microsoft 365 Administrator with the following qualifications and responsibilities:
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, particularly Exchange Online and Outlook.

Strong expertise with the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Admin Center, and PowerShell scripting.

Experience collaborating with helpdesk or desktop support teams.

Familiarity with mailbox permission models and compliance/security standards.

Microsoft 365 Certifications (one or both required):

Exchange Online Support Engineer Specialty

Messaging Administrator Associate

Key Responsibilities
1. Outlook Support & Troubleshooting
-
Serve as the subject matter expert for Outlook and Exchange Online.
-
Resolve user issues including connectivity problems, sync failures, and login errors.
-
Diagnose performance issues related to Outlook (OST file size, add-ins, latency, etc.).
-
Collaborate with the desktop support team for consistent issue resolution.
2. Mailbox Management
-
Support Access Control in daily mailbox tasks: creation, permission changes, and de-provisioning.

Manage shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and delegated access.
-
Handle mailbox migrations, retention policy updates, and other administrative tasks.

Use PowerShell for efficient execution of mailbox operations.
3. Technical Oversight & Documentation

Monitor Microsoft 365 service health and respond proactively to alerts.

Maintain up-to-date documentation for troubleshooting and best practices.

Knowledge of Exchange Online Archive, Exchange backups, Customer-Managed Keys, and EntraID licensing.

Suggest and implement automation improvements using PowerShell scripting.
