What’s on Your Plate?
As a Senior Logistics Performance Analyst, you will play a key role in influencing decision-making by delivering high-quality analytical insights backed by data. Your responsibilities will include:

Optimizing performance reporting structures and processes
Maintaining and enhancing KPI dashboards with continuous data flow
Identifying opportunities for performance improvement and operational efficiency
Developing clear, concise, and visually appealing reporting materials
Supporting internal stakeholders with ad hoc strategic analyses and reports from multiple data sources
Extracting and analyzing data from big data platforms such as AWS Redshift and BigQuery
Contributing to the design and maintenance of data models that support performance tracking and analysis
Proposing enhancements to optimize tools, processes, and reporting systems
Improving internal workflows and tooling for better operational visibility

Qualifications

What Did We Order?

Bachelor’s degree; STEM or Economics backgrounds preferred
3–5 years of experience in tech start-ups or operations roles is highly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Slides
Strong SQL skills are required
Familiarity with geographical analysis and predictive modeling is preferred
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau (or similar) is required
