About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing and communications initiatives for our luxury hospitality brand. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in marketing and public relations, preferably within the hospitality sector, and a passion for brand storytelling, campaign execution, and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
đź§ Marketing Execution & Planning

Develop and deliver annual marketing and communication plans aligned with budget, ROI targets, and business goals.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Support the execution of public relations and brand activities in line with hotel priorities.
đź’» Content & Digital Marketing

Oversee content creation (photos, videos, copywriting) for digital channels including social media, email, and the website.

Manage social media for the hotel, F&B outlets, and spa – including calendar planning, content scheduling, and community engagement.
🎨 Brand & Creative Direction

Ensure consistent brand representation across all materials—signage, marketing collateral, guest experiences (B2B & B2C), and digital content.

Activate global and regional campaigns using official brand toolkits.

Maintain and manage visual assets such as photos, videos, and graphics in line with brand standards.
đź“° Public & Media Relations

Execute PR and media strategies for hotel rooms, restaurants, spa, and events.

Maintain and update press kits, bios, images, and fact sheets.

Coordinate press visits, media events, and FAM trips.

Draft press releases, articles, and media statements; respond to press inquiries and support crisis communications.

Track media coverage and report on PR ROI.
📢 Campaigns & Activations

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, on-site) in alignment with brand positioning and marketing plans.

Support partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional activations to boost visibility and engagement.

Monitor campaign performance and adjust based on analytics.
🤝 Partnerships & Promotions

Liaise with external partners, PR agencies, and tourism boards.

Coordinate hotel participation in joint promotions and high-impact collaborations.

Track and manage the marketing budget to ensure spending is within plan.

Analyze and report on marketing campaign results and media ROI.

Collaborate with internal teams: Sales, Rooms, F&B, Spa, and Events, to develop cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
🗂️ Administration & Reporting

Maintain an organized archive of marketing assets and reports.

Distribute media calendars and campaign updates.
-
Conduct daily media monitoring and share clippings and highlights with key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in hospitality marketing, with strong focus on luxury positioning.

Exceptional copywriting and editing skills.

Experience managing agencies and executing multi-channel campaigns.

Proficiency in content creation and familiarity with tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience in media relations, press release writing, and event planning.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong aesthetic and visual branding sense.

Commercial awareness and ability to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
