Tactical Opportunities (Tac Opps) is Blackstone’s opportunistic investment platform. The Tac Opps team invests globally across asset classes, industries and geographies, seeking to identify and execute on attractive, differentiated investment opportunities. As part of the strategy, the team leverages the intellectual capital across Blackstone’s various businesses while continuously optimizing its approach in the face of ever-changing market conditions.

Managing calendars, including scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, coordinating with other assistants

Coordinating complex global travel planning, schedules, and itineraries

Answering calls and acting as a gatekeeper

Acting as backup support for other senior professionals
-
Booking conference rooms for internal and external meetings

Assisting with business expense management in Concur
-
Maintaining Outlook contacts
-
Tracking incoming requests for information
-
Maintaining and organizing digital files
-
Working on various ad-hoc projects
-
Experience supporting high touch senior executives

Professional integrity

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while, at times, under competing priorities

Proactive individual who works well within a team and with other assistants

Able to work well with various levels of management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Motivated and enthusiastic

Able to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines

Experience coordinating travel arrangements

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook

Familiarity with Concur
$70,000 – $130,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual’s experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
