Engineer – Electrical Maintenance

Key Responsibility (Work Location – Dharuhera)

Chandigarh

• Attend machine breakdown and analysis root cause of failures and implement corrective / preventive actions as per schedule to achieve machine breakdown %age target .
• Implement preventive maintenance as per plan and implement countermeasure actions.
• Manufacturing cost reduction by implement kaizen idea ( fix spare cost reduction by maintaining basic condition of machine)
• Consumable cost reduction by alternate sourcing, R&M maintenance cost reduction by in-house repairing
• Achieve MTTR & MTBF as per Hoshin targets.
• Machine abnormality assessment and correction as per plan
• Shop floor condition improvement by maintain 5S and eliminating leakages .
• Safety petrol round observations closure within desired time
• Should have knowledge of TPM , 7QC tools , 5S , Why-why analysis and problem solving techniques.

Requirement

• Looking for relevant experience in Electrical maintenance
• On hand experience of CMM machine maintenance.
• Experience with HPDC will be additional advantage .
• CNC machines critical assy. As spindle , ball screw, turret assy. ATC & magazine assy. Repairing skill required
• Hydraulic and pneumatic system circuit diagram reading and functional knowledge required.
• Relevant experience of 2-6 years
