Real Estate Specialist
Job Description:
As a Real Estate Specialist, you will oversee real estate activities including acquisitions, leasing, negotiations, due diligence, and compliance. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and ensure smooth execution of real estate deals aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify property opportunities.

Manage lease administration and coordinate property acquisitions or dispositions.

Handle contract negotiations, legal reviews, and transaction documentation.

Collaborate with legal, finance, and construction teams on real estate strategies.

Perform site visits and assess property conditions when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field.

3+ years of experience in real estate transactions, leasing, or property management.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in real estate software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
