Payments Program Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Payments Program Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end payment initiatives across multiple channels and markets.
Job Description:
The Payments Program Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional programs that enhance the performance, security, and scalability of our payment systems. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, compliance, and partner teams to ensure timely delivery of key payment projects, while also identifying opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of payments-related programs across domestic and international markets.

Manage relationships with external payment providers, processors, and banking partners.

Coordinate internal teams (tech, ops, product, finance) to ensure aligned priorities and smooth program rollouts.

Track KPIs and program milestones, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Analyze payment flows and propose improvements to reduce costs, increase success rates, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining business continuity and service reliability.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, with a strong focus on program or project management.

Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Deep understanding of global payment ecosystems (cards, ACH, SEPA, real-time payments, wallets, etc.).

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with payment metrics and reporting.

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are a plus.
