We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, supporting forecasting efforts, and providing actionable insights to guide business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic planning and decision-making
Develop financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support budgeting processes and monitor budget adherence across departments
Conduct profitability analysis on products, projects, or business units
Work with accounting to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Assist with investment and cost analysis for business expansion or cost-saving initiatives
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports for management and stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
Solid understanding of financial statements and reporting principles
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus (but not required)
