We are seeking a Laboratory Production Technician to join our fast-paced and growing manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be working in a controlled lab environment to produce, test, and process materials and products used in scientific, medical, or industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate laboratory equipment and machinery to produce chemical, biological, or pharmaceutical products.
Follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
Measure, mix, and test raw materials with precision and accuracy.
Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Document all work accurately in production logs and laboratory notebooks.
Perform equipment calibration, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
Assist in identifying and resolving production issues or deviations.
Collaborate closely with quality assurance and R&D teams.

What We’re Looking For:

Degree or diploma in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biotech) or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in a lab or production environment is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or ISO standards is a plus.
Comfortable working with PPE and in sterile or cleanroom environments if required.
