Sales Engineer, Electric Heating (Remote)

Description

We are looking for a skilled and technically-minded Sales Engineer with expertise in electric heating solutions to join our remote team. In this role, you will leverage your technical knowledge to assist customers, provide product recommendations, and support sales efforts, helping to grow our presence in the electric heating market.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored electric heating solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive product adoption and meet revenue targets.
  • Create and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical proposals.
  • Work closely with engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Analyze customer feedback and industry trends to help improve product offerings.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of electric heating technologies and industry standards.
  • Provide after-sales support and assist customers with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, particularly in electric heating or HVAC.
  • Strong technical understanding of electric heating systems and related products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts remotely.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
