We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance & Restructuring Associate Attorney to provide legal expertise in financial transactions, corporate restructuring, and insolvency matters. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to navigate complex financial situations and deliver strategic solutions.

Responsibilities:

Advise clients on financial restructuring, debt management, and bankruptcy proceedings.
Draft and negotiate financing agreements, loan documents, and restructuring plans.
Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for financial transactions.
Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including financial advisors and investment bankers.
Stay current with legal and regulatory developments in finance and restructuring law.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar.
3+ years of experience in finance, restructuring, or bankruptcy law.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
