Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and financial analysis to support business decisions and drive strategic growth. You will work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and business trends to provide actionable insights.
Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Prepare reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial performance.
Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost management.
Support investment analysis, pricing strategies, and capital allocation decisions.
Assist in identifying financial risks and opportunities and developing mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in cost analysis, revenue forecasting, and financial reporting.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Familiarity with SQL and data querying techniques.
