We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Operations – Business Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will drive strategic initiatives to enhance and optimize our Omni Fulfillment Experience. Your expertise will be key in transforming technology operations and business strategies to support a seamless, customer-centric omnichannel experience across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technology operations to optimize the Omni Fulfillment Experience, ensuring seamless integration between e-commerce, supply chain, and customer service platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, logistics, product management, and marketing, to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans that focus on improving the overall customer fulfillment journey, leveraging data analytics, technology, and process improvements.
  • Work closely with technology teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance the fulfillment process, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize fulfillment workflows, order processing, inventory management, and delivery logistics.
  • Develop and implement KPIs and performance metrics to track success and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage complex projects, driving them from ideation to execution while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide strategic guidance and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to promote operational excellence and drive the execution of business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in technology operations, business strategy, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing and improving Omni Fulfillment systems, technology platforms, and business processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decisions and business improvements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of influencing change and driving results.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in e-commerce, supply chain, and fulfillment processes is a plus.
